So--PG&E dude took one look at the place the wiring hits the house and,
through a disapproving frown, said, "Was that inspected?"

He didn't have a ladder that could reach, so he's putting in a request
for the work to be done.  He was very confident that fixing up that
wiring would fix the "high-low problem".

I don't know if there's going to be a power outage or if I'm going to
get any warning. So... neither do you skull.piratehaven.org users. :-/
