Electricians came at 3 AM.  If I'd known they'd do that, I'd have not
locked the gate again!  They almost finished the work before the UPS died.

Anyway, I just got 119.5 V at the wall; we'll see if it's still like
that later.

PS. Dovecot wasn't serving properly on reboot--I had to restart it.
Something for admins to watch for in the future.
