There's a new release with a pile of new packages and a new gcc/glibc,
apache, binutils, python, sqlite, and everyone's favorite, unix2dos.

I'm going to update everything tonight at 8 PM and reboot shortly
thereafter.  That'll give us time to clean things up during waking
hours, though I don't anticipate any problems.

Admins: there's a ~root/lore/5.4 subdirectory for saving old rpmsave
config files (please), and we have a good backup from this morning in
/disks/backup/skull/latest.  That being said, I'll try to do the whole
upgrade myself.
