One side note, any recipes that appear here are not exact. When I cook, I generally don't measure anything. If you make it exact, it may not turn out like I make it. Just adjust the flavors to your liking. If you make any subtractions or additions, feel free to email me at bapper@ecst.csuchico.edu with the changes. I could incorporate a variations section. Keep in mind, I am a strict vegetarian, so I won't look kindly on those who suggest I add meat to things here! :)
