Upstairs Neighbor From Hell

• Didn't pay his bills to the home owners' association (HOA)
• Attacked our nannies verbally when they went to ask him to turn the music down during Bpu's nap
• Took out his inability to cope with us, his kind neighbors, by clomping his feet on his uncarpeted sub-floor and rocking out till all hours.

To my great relief, now that we've sold our San Francisco TIC, our landords:

• Live downstairs.
• Have a nanny who we can communicate with, without attacking her.
• Do not ever think of rocking out till all hours. There is sometimes some inappropriate construction noise.

We never did forclose on his ¹/₆th undivided interest in the building; just taking the initial steps convinced him to sell. Since we sold out too, I haven't had to deal with any bad neighbors yet. Yay!
