If you follow these rules of thumb, you'll be able to avoid bad walk-in restaurants.
- Check the sign for multi-cultural failings. You want a restaurant that doesn't offer two or more kinds of cuisine.
- Bad: Chinese food, sushi, and donuts.
- Good: Chinese food
- Ensure that the restaurant is full of patrons
- Good: line into the waiting room or even onto the street.
- Ok: sort of full.
- Bad: only staff is there.
